This post is going to be about budget friendly hair conditioners. Conditioner is an important part of our hair care regime. Whether we have oily or dry hair, we must use a conditioner after shampooing our hair to prevent damage or breakage of hair. Conditioner helps in retain the moisture of our hair and makes them soft and shiny. So,here I'm sharing about 3 of my favorite conditioner. 

             

1.Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Conditioner - This conditioner comes in olive colour inverted styled squeezable bottle with a golden flip top cap. Thee texture of the product creamy and it glides very easily on hair. The cap of the conditioner bottle is a bit flimsy.  Garnier mythic olive conditioner is blended with virgin olive oil that helps in treating even the very dry and damaged hair. This conditioner very nourishing, controls the frizziess of hair for good 3-4 days and makes your hair manageable and soft. It has very mild and fresh smell.If you have very dry hair then try this you will notice the difference from the first use only. Though the conditioner is very moisturizing still it won't make your hair fall flat. It gives the even more amazing results when you use it with the Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive shampoo.

 Pros-1. Pocket friendly.

           2. Paraben free. 

           3. Very nourishing. 

           4. Makes hair soft and manageable.  

 Cons - 1. It is not travel friendly.

 It retails for 170 Rs for 175 ml. 

     

     

2.Garnier Ultra Blends 5 Precious Herbs Conditioner - It comes in a green colour inverted styled squeezable bottle with a golden colour flip top cap. Again the cap is flimsy, the consistency of the product is thick and creamy but spread so easily on hair. It is blended with five herbs lemon,henna,aloe green tea and eucalyptus and it smells so nice. This conditioner won't give you overnight results but if you use it at least for 15 days, you will notice that your hair is becoming healthier and shiny than before. It nourishes your hair and also add volume to your hair,it controls the frizziess, instantly makes your hair feel fresh and also reduces hair fall. If your hair looks flat then you must give this conditioner a try for healthy and bouncy hair. 

Pros- 1. Inexpensive. 

           2. Smells nice.

           3. Paraben free. 

           4. Makes hair healthy and freeze free. 

Cons - 1. not travel friendly.  

      It comes in 2 different sizes. 

 1.75ml - 80 Rs. 

 2. 175ml - 170 Rs.

             

3.L'Oreal Paris Color Protect Protecting Conditioner - It comes in red silk inverted styled bottle with a filp top cap. The packaging is sturdy. The consistency of the product is neither too thick nor too runny and glides easily,the fragrance is a bit strong but not overpowering. As the name suggests color protecting that means if you have colored your hair then this conditioner need to be used otherwise avoid using this as it is full of chemicals. This conditioner has UV filter that helps in protecting the hair color, makes your colored hair frizz free,shiny and soft. If you are on budget and looking for affordable conditioner for your colored hair then you can give this conditioner a try. The result would be better if you use it along with L'Oreal Paris Color Protect Protecting Shampoo. 

Pros- 1. Travel friendly.

          2. Inexpensive. 

          3. Protects hair color from UV rays. 

        4. A good budget friendly option for colored hair.

Cons- 1.  It has lots of chemicals. 

  It comes in 2 different sizes

Best Oils To Reduce Hair Fall

 Today's post is going to be about hair oils that reduces hair fall. It's a highly requested post.

    

   If your are suffering from very bad hair fall and you have tried lots of things to stop it but nothing worked then here I'm sharing about some hair oils that can surely help you.

        

                         

         

1.Khadi Rosemary And Henna Oil - This oil comes in a transparent bottle with a flip top cap. The packaging is very basic. The consistency of the product is  nighter too thick nor to thin,its just perfect. The fragrance is also very nice.

  Part your hair, apply it all over your scalp and massage gentlely for 5-7 minutes It absorbs so quickly and doesn't feel greasy at all. Leave it for an hour or two then wash off with your regular shampoo. You can also keep it overnight. It will going to reduce your hair fall to a great extant and make your hair soft, frizze free and manageable. Most importantly this khadi rosemary and henna oil also promotes hair growth. 

   Apply this twice a week and you will notice a huge difference in 1 month.

Pros- 1.Smells Nice.

          2. Paraben and chemical free.

          3.Very effective for reducing hair fall. 

         4.Make hair soft and manageable. 

         5. Promotes hair growth.

 Cons- The only con of the product according to me, it's not travel friendly. The oil tends to leak whenever I travel with it.

2.Khadi Pure Amla Oil-  This oil comes in a basic transparent plastic bottle with flip top cap. The oil is green in color and the texture of the oil is very thick. It has ayurvedic medicinal smell which is kind a overpowering for some people. 

 Part your hair, apply the oil all over your scalp and hair length. Massage it for 5 minutes. Keep it on for 2 hours then wash off with your favorite shampoo. I promotes hair growth,make your hair shiny and also reduce hair fall. If you are facing premature graying hair then Khadi amla oil can solve that problem too. 

   Apply this oil twice a week and you will notice difference in just 15 days.

 Pros- 1. Paraben and chemical free.

            2. Reduce hair fall and promotes      hair growth. 

            3. Make your hair shiny, black            and manageable.

Cons- 1.Packaging is Not travel friendly.

            2. Some people might find the            fragrance too strong.

3. Castor and Olive Oil - Everyone knows that castor oil is very effective on hair fall but you can't apply castor oil alone on hair because the texture of castor oil is very thick. You need mix it with other oil to reduce its thickness, you can use any oil but I find olive oil more effective and it makes your hair soft.

   Take 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil and add 1 teaspoon of castor oil in it (you can increase or decrease the quantity of the oil according to your need). Mix it and warm it up then apply the oil all over your scalp and hair length. Leave it for an hour and wash it off with shampoo and cold water. It will reduce your hair fall,promotes hair growth and make your hair soft supple and also add volume to your hair.

  Use this twice a week. You can use any castor oil and Olive oil of your choice.

 Pros- 1.Reduce hair fall and promotes         hair growth.

           2. Smells good. 

           3. Easily available.

 Cons- Both castor oil and olive oil has        no con.

      All the above mentioned products are free of harmful chemicals so,they has no side effects. People who are suffering from heavy hair fall must give them a try. And you will get Khadi products on Nykaa.com on discount.

It is blended with green tree,jojoba oil,carrot extracts,aloe vera gel etc. You need to apply the face pack on your wet face and keep it for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with water. It's going to reduce fine lines,dark spots and gives you smooth, glowing & healthy looking skin. This face pack also prevent acne. It is suitable for all skin types.

 Pros- 1. Travel friendly.

           4. Very effective.

Cons- According to me it has no con.

The product is in powder consistency, you need mix it with water, rose water or milk to from a paste. The fragrance of this face pack is kinda strong. It tightens the skin, reduces wrinkles,pimples and blemishes. It won't give you the instant results,you need to use this religiously once or twice in a week for sometimes to see the desired result.This khadi naturals face pack is very effective on removing sun tan,you can also use this on your hand and legs to De-Tan your skin. Khadi is 100% natural and chemical free brand and this face pack is suitable for all skin types but I will suggest oily skin people to mix it with water or rose water and dry skin people should mix it with milk.

Review- Biotique Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan Removal Scrub

 Today I will be reviewing Biotique bio papaya revitalizing tan removal scrub.. I am loving this scrub lately. It has my heart.

 

     

              

   

       In summers we get sun tanned very easily and it takes lots of effort and time to remove the tanning from our skin but this bio papaya scrub is very effective on removing sun tan.Biotique is a 100% natural and chemical free brand. It is blended with papaya as the main ingredient, banana pulp,neem bark,methi seeds etc. We all know that papaya is very good for our skin and it dissolve dead skin cells, unclog pore and gives a healthy glow to skin. 

 Biotique bio papaya revitalizing tan removal scrub comes in a basic white plastic tub with a green screw cap. Packaging is very sturdy, though tub packing feels unhygienic but I don't mind using it, if I am getting such an amazing product in that tub. The consistency of the scrub is very thick you need to wet your face and fingers before applying it otherwise you won't be able to blend it. The fragrance is mild but I find the smell like raw papaya. It has medium size beads that doesn't hurt your skin but do not use too much pressure while scrubbing your face. You can use this scrub on daily basis but I prefer to use it twice a week. Apart from removing tan it also helps in removing blackheads, whiteheads and other impurities from your skin by unclogging pores and hydrated your skin at the same time. This scrub helps you to achieve a healthy, clear and glowing skin,you can see the difference form the very first use only. To conclude this I would say Biotique bio papaya revitalizing tan removal scrub is a must have product during summers and it is suitable for all skin types.

          4. Very effective on removing tan.

Review- Biotique Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum

In this post I'm going to share my experience with "Biotique Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum For Falling Hair". So keep on reading...... 

       

         

Biotique Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum comes in basic transparent plastic bottle with a green screw cap, packaging is very sturdy. Though its called a serum but texture of the product is not like serum,it's very runny like water and the colour of the serum is like brown. You can call this serum a hair fall treatment tonic. This product is blended with pudina oil,kusumbhi oil,neem,mulethi,mountain ebony etc. ( I am not going in detail about these ingredients as you will get everything clearly written on the packet. You need to apply the product directly onto your dry scalp,massage it gently for 3-4 minutes and you are done. It gets absorb so quickly and doesn't feel greasy or oily at all. You literally feel like you are applying water which has a bit of mild fragrance. It claims to control hair fall and enhance hair growth. I have been using this for almost a month now and I can say that it does control hair fall to a great extent but  I'm not sure about the hair growth claim as I have not seen any positive improvement on my hair growth. May be it will work on that too if you use it for 2-3 months (I will definitely gonna update if it works on my hair growth in long duration of use). If you have dry and itchy scalp then you should definitely give this Biotique Mountain Ebony Vitalizing Serum a try as it reduces the itching & dryness of your scalp and also add volume to your hair but doesn't control the frizziess. As it is a leave on product, the best time to use this serum is the night time before going to bed. According to me it's a must have product for failing hair as it is 100% natural and side effect free product. Use this daily to see the good result.

Today's post is going to be about my favorite top 5 Budget Friendly face scrubs. Face scrub is essential part of our skin care regime. In order to get a clear,glowing skin we must use a scrub  once or twice a week as it removes dead skin cells, tan and all sorts of impurities from our face . So here I'm sharing about my favorite face scrubs. 

     

1.Aroma Magic Mineral Glow Face Scrub- This face scrub by blossom kochhar Aroma Magic comes in a white plastic tube with a screw cap. The texture of the product is creamy and light green in colour. It has very tiny beads that makes it very gentle for your skin. It's a chemical free product and contains lots of essential oil, including rice bran oil which are very beneficial for your skin.  Apart from removing dead skin cells and dirt, it also clear blemishes, reduce fine lines,moistures your skin and gives your skin healthy looking glow. Though the scrub says it's for all skin types but it is suitable for normal to dry skin people only. 

Pros- 1. Travel friendly. 

           2. Paraben and chemical free. 

           3. Inexpensive. 

           4. Exfoliate your skin so nicely and moisturises your skin at the same time. 

         5. Treat fine lines and blemishes. 

Cons- 1. Not suitable for Oily skin people.

2. Everyuth Naturals Exfoliating Walnut Scrub - It cones in a orange and white colour plastic tube with flip top cap. The texture of the product is very thick,creamy and has a bit bigger granules. It does remove dead skin cells, blackheads but it kind a harsh for your skin sometimes if you give too much pressure to exfoliate your skin. I will suggest you to use this everyuth scurb to exfoliate your body rather than your face, believe me it's gonna remove all the dead skin cells and tanning from your body. Use this scrub once a week only.

 Pros- 1. Affordable.

           2. Travel friendly.

           3. Remove blackheads. 

Cons- 1. It has paraben.

           2. It might be a bit harsh for your facial skin. 

It retails 125 Rs. for 100g

     

    

3.VLCC Skin Defense Indian Bearberry face scrubs - This face comes in a transparent plastic tube with a flip top cap. The consistency of the product is thick and has micro beads that exfoliate your skin very gentlely. It has the goodness of papaya, Indian Bearberry ( turmeric) etc. so it rejuvenate your skin and gives you a visible glow. This VLCC scrub also helps in getting rid of whiteheads and moisturises your skin at the same time. It is suitable for all skin types. 

Pros-1. Travel friendly.

         2. Inexpensive. 

         3. Suitable for all skin types. 

        4. Exfoliate skin effectively. 

Cons- According to me it had none. 

It retails 250 Rs for 80g 

       

4.Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Daily Scrub- This scrub comes in a blueish plastic tube with a flip top cap. The consistency of the product is like runny gel and has micro beads in it. It consist green apple extract so it smells amazing. I would say it's more like a face wash than a scrub as it leathers like a face wash but it removes dead skin cells,unclogged your pores,removes blackheads,whiteheads and also prevent pimples and oil. This face scrub is suitable for normal to oily skin people.

 Pros-1. Affordable.

           2. Travel friendly.

           3. Exfoliate skin nicely. 

           4. Very good for summer.

 Cons- 1. It has SLS. 

            2. It claims visibly less blackheads in just 3 days but that's not true. It takes time to see the difference. 

3. Not suitable for people who has very dry skin.

  It comes in 3 different sizes

 2.40g - 51 Rs.

 3.80g -103 Rs. 

       

       

5.Oriflame Sweden Milk And Honey Gold Smoothing Sugar Scrub  - It comes in golden colour plastic tube with filp top cap. The texture of the scrub is like gel and has tiny sugar granules. It also has the goodness of honey and smells amazing. It exfoliate your skin very gentlely and removes dirt, dead skin cells but it is not effective on blackheads. It refreshes, moistures your skin and makes your skin radiant. 

Pros- 1. Travel friendly. 

           2. Skin feels very fresh and clean after every use. 

           3. Very effective on exfoliation. 

           4. Smells very nice. 

Cons- 1. Not good for removal of blackheads. 

          2. It has paraben. 

          3. It's a bit pricy. 

 It retails for 599Rs. For 200g ( PS- I know my post is about budget friendly face scrubs but this face scrub is very good for dull skin to get back the skin glow. So I have include it here and you can always get it on discount on purchasing it online).

First of all  I'm very sorry for not posting regularly on the blog.  My days are going very hectic so I am a bit inconsistent on blog. Anyway today's post is going to be about my recent favorite top 5 budget friendly face washes. So let's begin with the post.

  

1.Lakme Blush & Glow Peach Face Wash-  This face wash comes in a orange colour plastic tube with a filp top cap. The texture of the of the product is like peachy colour gel and has some tiny beads in it. This face wash has a very nice fruity fragrance. You need only a pea sized amount to wash your face,it leathers well and cleanses all the dirt,impurities & excess oil from your face. Your skin feels so soft and refresh after every use. It's suitable for oily to combination skin people. During summer normal skin people can also use this. 

 Pros- 1. Travel friendly.

           2. Inexpensive.

           3. Easily available. 

           4. Smells nice. 

        

 Cons - 1.  Contains SLS and some other chemicals. 

             2. Not good for dry skin people.                

             3. It claims to has some anti aging benefits but doesn't work at all on that.

 It's available in two different sizes 

1. 50 gm - 99 Rs. 

2. 100 gm - 190 Rs.

  

   

2.Nivea Purifying Face Wash Mixed to Oily Skin - This nivea face wash comes in a transparent sea green kind of plastic tube with a flip top cap. Packaging is very sturdy. The texture of the product is clear gel with tiny beads that gives gentle exfoliation to your skin. It cleanses your skin very well without drying it out and reduce excess oil from your face. Though it says it is suitable for oily to combination skin people but it also works for normal skin people during summer. It gives you a very refreshing feeling after every use.

Apart from the smell, it's an amazing face wash, it leathers well that cleanse your face by sucking out all the dirt and germ from your face. It prevents pimples as it has neem in it and also feels so refreshing. It is suitable for all skin types.

           3. Prevent pimples.

           4. Suitable for all skin types. 

           5. Free of parabens and chemicals.

Con- 1. According to me it has no con.

A Must Have Product For Summer

Welcome back to our blog "BeyoubyEscapist". 

  Today's post is about a must have product for me in summer. So the product is " Boroline's Suthol" antiseptic skin liquid. I have been using suthol from past 3 years. 

 

     

 Boroline's suthol comes in a plastic spray bottle with a pump dispenser and a green cap,it also comes in basic plastic bottle with a screw cap. The product is green in colour and the texture is like water and the fragrance is nice but it can be strong for some people. It's a multi purpose product, you can use it after waxing,bathing and also can be mix in bathing water. It soothes rashes, itching and also bug bites, suthol just instantly calm down itching and rashes that's what I like most about it. I love to use it after bathing every day to keep away the skin problems in summer. If you are out in the sun for long time then just spray it directly onto your face,it will instantly calm your face down and give you a very refreshing feeling. It's available in many variations but I like use the green one only and my summer's are incomplete without Boroline's suthol. You guys should give this try to keep away the skin problems during hot and humid summer.

 Con- 1. The smell might be overpowering for some people.

Biotique Advanced Ayurveda Products Review

Today I will be reviewing some Biotique products.I have been using these biotique advanced ayurveda products for quite sometimes now, so let's begin with the post.

Biotique Morning Nectar Visibly Flawless Skin Moisturizer - This biotique moisturizer comes in a squeezable white plastic bottle with a tiny hole nozzle and a green round screw cap, packaging is sturdy. As the name suggests it has nectar in it. Nectar is the sweet fluid that flowering plants produce each day and nectar helps to sustain aging skin. The texture of the product is white creamy and also smells so good. Although the product is creamy but it easily gets absorb into the skin and do not break you out. It reduces the blemishes, fine lines , lighten your sun tanned skin also hydrate and moisturise your skin so well. Your skin feels so refreshing ecah time you applied it, gives you matte finish and leaves your skin so soft. The moisturizer claims  to be for all skin types but if you have normal to oily skin then it might feel a bit greasy during summers but It will be perfect for all skin types in winters. The people with dry skin should definitely give this one a try, it's a boon for dry skin people.

 Cons- 1. Not suitable for oily skin people during summers.

2 Biotique Bio Wheat Germ Youthful Nourishing Night Cream - First of all I am in love with this night cream.The night cream comes in white plastic tub with a green screw cap. Tub packaging feels unhygienic but who cares about that when you get such an amazing product in that tub. The texture of this night cream is very creamy and fragrance is also very nice. It has pure wheat germ, sunflower oil and badam oil in it that nourishes & hydrate your skin to the core and keep your skin  youthful and prevent aging. It also reduces drak spots ,plump up your skin,it doesn't  cause break out and also soothes irritation & sunburn. It is suitable for normal to dry skin people. For me it's a must have product skin care product as it repair your skin so well.

Apart from the smell, it's an amazing face wash, it leathers well that cleanse your face by sucking out all the dirt and germ from your face. It prevents pimples as it has neem in it and also feels so refreshing. It is suitable for all skin types.

Con- 1. Smell is kinda annoying for me. (Some people may like it).

4. Biotique Bio Pineapple Oil Control Foaming Face Wash - This Biotique bio  Pineapple face wash comes in a tube packaging with a green flip top cap. The product is light yellowish in colour and also smells nice. As the name suggests it has the goodness of pineapple and pineapple is rich in alpha - hydroxy acids which slows down the aging,  This face wash is specifically meant for oily skin people. It leathers a lot and cleanse your face so nicely by removing all the dirt and excess oil from the face. It's also good for the reduction of wrinkles,pimples, dark spots and blemishes. All in all its a must have product for oily skin people.

Uses Of Activated Charcoal

Today's post is about activated charcoal and I am also going share a quick review on jeva activated charcoal face pack with argan oil and The Beauty Co. Coconut Shell Activated Charcoal Instant Teeth Whitening Powder.

    

 

   Activated charcoal is on trend these days. It's  nothing but common charcoal that has been heated to increase its adsorptive power. When it comes to treating skin problems or skin care,charcoal has some amazing benefits. It detoxifies your skin, reduce blemishes and acne scars,improve skin complexion, prevent acne causing germs,remove blackheads & whiteheads and many more. 

There are lots of good brands in the market selling activated charcoal peel off masks,face packs, charcoal powder and also sheet masks. You can choose anything among them. Generally I don't like the peel off masks as they hurt a lot while peeling it off from the skin,but it's very effective. So, I use activated charcoal face packs and "Jeva Activated Charcoal Face Pack With Argan Oil" is my favorite. It detox your skin so well by sucking out all the dirt,impurities,access oil and keeps your pores clean. It also reduces the pimples, it's scars and other dark spots on face. It has argan oil that's why it hydrates and moisturise the skin as argan oil is rich in vitamin E and it also helps in keeping up the natural glow of skin and also shoots irritation.

#For Removing blackheads & whiteheads, use a peel off  activated charcoal mask. Take the little bit of product on a flat brush and apply it wherever you have blackheads & whiteheads. Let it be for 10-12 minutes and peel it off. Use peel off mask twice a month. For peel off mask you can try the jeva activated charcoal peel off mask with argan oil.

#For detoxifying your skin apply a thin layer of activated charcoal face pack of your choice all over your face and neck leaving you eyes and eyebrows. Keep it on for 10-12 minutes then rinse off with normal water. It's going to remove all the dirt,impurities from your skin,also purifies clogged pores, reduce acne marks,blemishes and  prevent acne causing bacterias too. Use activated charcoal face packs thrice a month. 

#Activated Charcoals also can be for lighten the dark under arms.I  love using my jeva activated charcoal face pack for my under amrs, it does a pretty decent job. But if you have very dark under amrs then you need  activated charcoal powder. Take 2 teaspoon of activated charcoal powder,add 1 teaspoon of honey and few drops of lemon juice in it. Mix them together and apply it on your under arms with the help of a flat brush,leave it on for 10 minutes wash it off with normal water. Use this method once in a week. 

#You can use activated charcoal for teeth whitening. Just make sure to use the charcoal powder which are specifically meant for your teeth. You will find many in the market but I will suggest you to use "The Beauty Co.
