At Home Hair Spa

Hello fellas!

Welcome back to our blog "BeyoubyEscapist".

Today I'm going to talk about my at home spa routine which I follow religiously once in a week.

These days Almost every women are facing problems like hair fall, split ends, dull & damaged hair. There can be many reasons behind these problems like pollution, hair coloring, frequent uses of heating tools for styling hair etc.

You can get rid off these problems by pampering your hair with " Hair Spa". Hair Spa makes your hair stronger, thicker,Healthier and smooth. Hair spas at salons are very relaxing but doing hair spa at salons in every 15 days can be quite heavy on pocket. Don't worry you can also do hair spa at home by using few things. It is natural, simple, very easy and cheap as well. So, let's begin with Steps of my at home hair spa.

1.Oiling- The first step is to oiling your hair. Pour 3-4 table spoon of coconut oil in a bowl, you can also use olive oil or almond oil (you can increase or decrease the quantity of oil according to your hair length),warm it up and massage it really well on to your scalp & hair length for 5-6 minutes. Tie up your hair and leave it on for an hour. Oil massage will increase the blood circulation and promotes hair growth. It can also reduce split ends.

2.Steaming- Steaming is the most important part of hair spa. It will help the oil  go deep inside your scalp, create lots of moisture in your hair and also enhance hair growth.

Here I'm sharing  2 ways to steaming your hair.

1.Dip a towel in warm water, squeeze it and warp it around your head covering all the hair. Let it be for 5 minutes then repeat the same for 2 times.

2.The second method of steaming your hair is wear normal shower cap and run a blow dryer over your head for 6-7 minutes. Believe me it works pretty good like those big & bulky steamer does at salons.

3. Hair Mask - Any hair spa is incomplete without a hair mask. Hair masks will make your hair stronger, softer and healthy. It will also reduce your hair fall. You can find many hair mask in the market, you can pick anyone that suits your hair or else you can make your own DIY hair masks at home by using few ingredients from your kitchen. I personally love using DIY hair masks and I keep switching my DIY hair masks time to time. Currently I'm using bellow mentioned DIY hair mask.

Take 3 table spoon of curd,1 tea spoon of honey and 2 tea spoon of castor oil in a bowl, mix them together then apply the mask on your hair and scalp. Keep it on for 30-40 minutes.

4.Wash Your Hair - After 30 minutes rinse off your hair with water then wash your hair with your regular shampoo and also apply a conditioner.

5.Apply Serum - After washing your hair, pet it dry when your hair is in damp state apply a hair serum on your hair length. It will give shine to your hair and also moisturise your hair.

These are the 5 easy steps for my at home hair Spa. I will suggest you to do this hair spa once a week.

Hope you liked this post. If you have any queries and suggestions please let us know.
