Different Ways To Use Dead Sea Salt

Today's post is about "Dead Sea Salt".  Dead Sea Salt is enrich with natural healing elements.Dead Sea Salt contains lots of minerals including magnesium, potassium,calcium,bromide, iodine, sulfur, sodium and zinc. These minerals has tons of skin and health benefits. They have antiallergic elements ,promotes quick healing of skin tissues,regulates the nervous system, balance the moisture of our skin,cleanses pores and muscle cramps etc.

    So here I'm sharing 5 easy ways to use dead sea salt in everyday life. You will easily find many brands selling dead sea salt online. Currently I'm using Nyassa dead sea salt. It retails for 300 Rs for 220 gm. But I got this in great discount on nykaa.




   



1. Get rid of  Skin infection -If you have skin infection and scars  then taking bath with dead sea salt can help you. Take a bucket of lukewarm water and mix 6 -7table spoon of dead sea salt in it (quantity of dead sea salt depends on quantity of your water) and take bath with that water by rubbing your skin. It will not only going to reduce to skin infection and scars but also keep your skin hydrated and relaxes your muscles.Repeat this process 1-2 times a week. 





2.For aching feet and hands - In lukewarm water mix some dead sea salt in the water and soak your aching feet and hands for 15-20 minutes. It will relax your feet & hands and soothes the pain.





 3. As a scrub - Dead sea salt works wonders in removing dead skin cells and healing dry skin. All you need to do is mix 3 table spoon of dead sea salt and 2 teaspoon of olive oil whisk it little bit then gently exfoliate your face and body for 5 to 7 minutes. It will remove your dead skin cells,heal dry skin and gives you a glowing skin. Use this DIY scrub once in a week.





4.For Large Pore problem - You can minimize your large pores by using dead sea salt. For this you need to make a DIY face toner, pour some distilled water in a sterilized spray bottle and add 1 table spoon of dead sea salt then shake the bottle very well and spray it on you clean face. If you don't have large pore problem still you can use this face mist but make sure shake the bottle before every use. 




5. For nail blighting - If your nails loosing it's natural color and become yellow then dead sea salt can surely help you. Take a bowl lukewarm water add 1 table spoon of dead sea salt, 1 tea spoon of almond oil and squeeze half a lemon juice in it. Soak your nails in the mixture for 5-7 minutes then brush your nails with the help of a toothbrush after that wash off your hands with water. It will not only make your nails brighten but also going to heal peeling cuticles if you have any.
