Different Ways To Use Milk for Skin & Hair part 1

First of all wish you a very happy new year. Today is the last day of 2017,hope 2018 will bring lots of happiness and success to everyone. 

   Today I will share 5 different ways to add raw milk in your beauty routine.

    We all know milk is very good for our health but it is also beneficial for our skin and hair care when we apply it.

  Raw milk contains lots of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, protein these things are vital for our health, to attain good skin and strong hair as well. Most Importantly milk has lactic acid that helps in reducing any pigmentation on our skin, heal dry skin and also soothes sun burns. 

 So, here you go

  

1. Milk for reducing skin pigmentation -If you have any pigmentation going  around your face whether it is acne marks, suntan ,sunburns or any other dark spots then raw milk can surely help you. All you need to do is pour some raw milk in a ice cube tray,place it in the freezer to form the ice cubes. Take one milk ice cube and rub gently  all over your face for 3-4 minutes,after rubbing keep it on for 5 minutes then  rinse off with cold water. Use this remedy everyday for best results,it will reduce dry patches, pigmentation, dark spot, sun tan and gives you a soft skin. 



2. Milk as a face cleanser - If you want use a natural face cleanser then keep on reading. Take one tablespoon of besan (gram flour),add 2-3 table spoon of raw milk in it,mix it together and massage gently in circular motion on your face then rinse off with cold water. It is going to clean your face deeply and make your skin soft and supple. Use this cleanser every morning to clean your face.



3. Milk face pack for glowing skin - Take 2 tablespoon of multani mitti, add 4-5 tablespoon of raw milk and a teaspoon of turmeric in it. Mix them together until it form a paste like consistency. Apply the face pack on your clean face, keep it on for 15 minutes so it dries completely then wash it off with water. This pack will enhance the blood circulation ,retain the moisture of your skin and gives you a glowing & youthful skin. Use this pack twice a week. 



4. Milk for hair fall - Now a days hair fall is a common problem of every woman. Raw milk can reduce your hair fall to great extant. All you need to do is massage raw milk on to your scalp, keep it on for 1 hour then rinse off with cold water. If you want to use shampoo then use a mild one. Repeat this twice a week. It is not only going reduce your hair fall but also strengthen your hair at the same time.



5. Milk for dry and dull hair - If you have dry, rough and dull hair then milk is here for your rescue. Take a small bowl,pour some raw milk it. Add 1 tablespoon of  honey and one teaspoon of glycerin in it ( quantity depends on your hair's volume and length). Mix the ingredients altogether and apply the mask on to your scalp and hair length, leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off with water. Apply this mask once a week. This will moisturise your dry & rough hair, gives shine to your hair and also makes your hair stronger.
